According to Art. 23, paragraph 4 of Regional Law No. 18 of 1^st July 2008, the representative and executive bodies of the Montana community are deprived of their office and their acts are carried out ,since 1^st September 2008, by the Special Commissioner Fabrizio Giuliani, already President at the date of entry into force of the law.
